IMPERIAL, Pa. — We are excited for 2008, especially since 2007 was a good year for SNPJ sales. We are thankful to have so many great people involved with this organization. We appreciate all of our members and their efforts. We would especially like to thank our top sales people.

• John Micko of Dunlo, Pa., serves as Lodge 274 secretary. John is married to Marcella and they have one son. All of the Micko family, including the grandchildren, are SNPJ members. John has qualified for many contests in the past and is always among the Society’s sales leaders. He and Marcella are also pretty darn good polka dancers.

• Stan Repos of Lodge 106 in Imperial holds the position of club president. Stan currently serves on the Supervisory Committee of the National Board. He recently retired, but is busier than ever. He has four children and eight grandchildren.

• Lodge 6 member Jim Curl serves as Lodge secretary. He also serves on the National Board as Region 2 Vice President. Jim is married to Betty. They have two sons and five grandchildren. Everyone in the Curl family are members of SNPJ. Jim is one of our perennial sales leaders, qualifying for numerous contests and awards.

• Dorothy Gorjup, a member of Lodge 158 in Euclid, Ohio, has served her members as Lodge secretary for the past 28 years. Dorothy is very active in her community as well as the Society. She serves on the National Board as Region 4 Vice President, the Cleveland Federation and Cleveland Athletic League. In the Euclid area she is on the SNPJ Farm Board and a member of the Waterloo Slovenian Home. She is also involved with her church. Dorothy has five children, 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

• Bessemer, Pa., Lodge 97 member John Perry has been a PPGA with SNPJ since January 2005. He was previously a leading sales representative for AAA Insurance. Since joining SNPJ, John has been one of our best producers. He’s been married to Carol for 46 years. They have three grown children and eight grandchildren. As our top PPGA, John won a trip to Las Vegas, Nev.

• Since May 2005, Kevin Mastrangelo of Lodge 138 in Strabane, Pa., has been producing business for SNPJ. He’s married, has three children and is busy keeping up with their sports schedules. Kevin was previously with New York Life, so he is well versed in insurance and annuities sales.
