In keeping with our motto "Your Friend For Life," SNPJ is proud to continue a strong organizational tradition of local community involvement and volunteer service. Having dedicated tens of thousands of service hours and dollars in service-related activities over the years through both individual and Lodge participation, SNPJ membership remains committed to improving the local communities around us.

JOIN HANDS DAY is a national volunteer day of service sponsored by the American Fraternal Alliance, of which SNPJ has been a long-standing member. Centered around relationship development between young people and adults through neighborhood volunteering, SNPJ members work to improve their communities and make a difference in the lives of others through a variety of local service projects.

Make A Difference Day

Make A Difference Day is an all-encompassing national day of service dedicated to helping others — a celebration of neighbors helping neighbors. Originally created by USA WEEKEND Magazine, SNPJ members and friends join millions of volunteers around the world each year to contribute their time and talents for the benefit of others in their local community. From food drives to building renovations, volunteers of all ages come together to make a positive impact and create change where they live.

Toys For Tots

SNPJ is proud to bring smiles to the faces of less fortunate children each Christmas season through the charitable giving of donated new toys as part of the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves Toys For Tots program. SNPJ shares in the effort to unite members of local communities in this common cause during the annual toy collection and distribution campaign. SNPJ Lodge Initiatives
